In accordance with Art. 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the procedure for considering citizens’ appeals”, we ask you to comply with the requirements for a written appeal. When sending a letter, please be sure to indicate your last name, first name, patronymic (the latter if available), postal address to which the response should be sent, state the true essence of the proposal, statement or complaint, put a personal signature and date. Statements and complaints must be substantiated. If necessary, they must be accompanied by documents confirming the arguments of the applying citizen.
